These terms apply to the expressappshq.com website and the software products offered by Express Apps (Express Yazılım). By using the site or our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• Provider: Express Apps / Express Yazılım
• User: any person or company that visits the site or buys a product
• Products: WhatsApp Express, Mail Express, ReactExpress, free apps and any other software we offer
• License: the right to use a paid product

2. Licenses

• Lifetime license: one payment, unlimited use. Personal to the buyer and not transferable.
• Monthly licenses (1, 3 or 6 months): valid for the period you buy, then expire automatically.
• Free trial: 24 hours with all features enabled.
• Free apps: provided free of charge, with no warranty.

Each license is for one device. You need an additional license for each additional device.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the software only for lawful purposes
• Follow the terms of the platforms you use it with (WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail)
• Send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and follow anti-spam and data protection laws in your country
• Not use the software for fraud, harassment or other harmful activity
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell or redistribute the software

4. Prices and payment

• Prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). Local taxes may apply depending on your country.
• Payment is arranged on WhatsApp after you place an order: international bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
• Your license key is delivered after payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Every product has a free 24-hour trial so you can test it before buying.

• Because licenses are digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once the key has been delivered.
• If the product doesn't work as described and our support team can't fix the problem, we will review a refund request.

6. Support

• License holders get technical support on WhatsApp.
• Updates are free during your license period.
• Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–22:00 Türkiye time (UTC+3). We usually reply within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual property

The Express Apps and Express Yazılım names, logos, website content and software are our property. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited. WhatsApp, Telegram and Gmail are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Limitation of liability

• The software is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.
• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.
• We are not responsible for account limits or bans imposed by third-party platforms, or for changes to their policies.

9. Changes

We may update product features, prices and these terms. Price changes do not affect licenses you have already bought.

10. Termination

We may cancel a license if these terms are breached, if the software is used illegally, or if the license is shared or the software is tampered with.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If that fails, the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
